Designed to give all women of any age, ability and fitness level the chance to improve their physical well-being and learn kickboxing skills in a very friendly and non-competitive a non-contact environment.
The classes are professionally structured to safely, and surely develop your martial arts, health, fitness, and self-defence skills.
