You can now pay for your classes on a pay as you go basis and at just £4 per class it's great value for money, there are other money saving options too, you can do 2 classes back to back for £7 or if your totally mad 3 back to back for £10… We also have great money saving NON-Contracted pay monthly deals starting at just £12…. please speak to one of the instructors for more details

CIRCUIT TRAINING:- Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training class comprises 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period. We change or circuits weekly to make sure that you'll never get bored!
KICK FIT:- is a revolutionary form of exercise, designed to use all the fat burning and toning exercises of our regular Kickboxing classes but without and physical contact. The results of the sessions are noticeable in a very short period of time and you'll receive plenty of help, advice , dietary guidance and most importantly motivation to help you achieve your own personal goals. Kick Fit is for anyone, the unfit, Fit and Very fit.
CORE FIT:-training the core is essential if your goal is to look good, keep injury free and improve performance. For anyone that wants to tone their abs and strengthen core muscles. This 30 minute session encompasses various tempos, movements, ranges of motion and equipment. Great for any skill level to decrease waist line and tone lower and upper abdominals.
BOX FIT:- is an excellent cardiovascular workout, great for toning your body including your abdominals, a fantastic stress reliever, a great way to meet new people and have fun at the same time. Boxing is a great form of exercise and a fantastic way to lose weight. It combines speed and strength with stamina and endurance. You will get a complete body workout using boxing gloves and focus pads. The classes have been designed for people of all fitness levels and are suitable for beginners right through to pro’s!
KETTLE FIT:- is a unique fitness program designed exclusively featuring the time tested exercise tool, the Russian kettlebell. KettleFit combines strength training and cardiovascular fitness training into one high powered fat burning workout.
